Juicing

Some of these juices do not include the vegetables we have previously listed in the site, and some are even solely fruit based. But we don’t discriminate. The more the merrier!

  1. Anti-Inflammatory Juice

    Ingredients Method
    4 Celery stalks
    ½ cucumber
    1 cup pineapple
    ½ green apple
    1 cup spinach
    1 lemon
    1 knob ginger
    Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer. Gently stir juice and consume immediately
  2. Beet and Berry Liver Cleanse Juice

    Ingredients Method
    2 medium beets
    2 cup blueberries
    1 apple
    2 large carrots
    ½ cup raw broccoli
    1 whole lemon
    2 knob ginger, skin removed
    ½ - 1 cup pure coconut water
    Chop beets, apples, carrots, lemon, and ginger into 1″ cubes. Feed through your juicer (per the instructions), alternating small amounts of blueberries between the other ingredients. Midway through, pour a portion of coconut water through (1/4-1/2 c.) to help clean and push pulp through. Continue feeding everything through, finishing with enough coconut water to bring the juice to a total of 4 cups.
    If using as a meal, add in collagen peptides and stir to dissolve. Serve with ice or drink at room temperature. Nutrients are most available within hours of juicing so drink right away!
  3. Beet Carrot Apple Juice

    Ingredients Method
    2 medium raw beets
    2 granny smith apples
    3 carrots
    ½ of an English cucumber
    2” piece of fresh ginger
    Wash and trim all ingredients. Cut into pieces that will fit your juicer. Run all ingredients through your juicer.
  4. Belly Buster Green Juice

    Ingredients Method
    3 medium apples
    1 large cucumber
    1 large lemon, including skin
    1 lime, including skin
    3 small mandarins, including skin
    1 head romaine lettuce
    First wash the skin of your fruits and veggies. I always use this wash. Because we are using the skin, try to get all organic if you can. Then simply run all ingredients through a juicer (I recommend Breville) and feel the ZING!! (Makes 32oz)
  5. Cellulite and Fat-Killer Juice

    Ingredients Method
    5 grapefruits
    1 lemon
    2 limes
    ¼ medium pineapple
    Handful of ginger, you be the judge on how much to use
    Cut the tops and bottoms of the grapefruits. Then get a sharp knife and cut around the edges to peel off the skin. Remember not to cut the white pith away – as it contains a ton of nutrients. Do the same with the limes, pineapple, and lemon. (**You don’t need to peel the limes and lemon if you own a high-quality juicer) Juice the lemon, limes, ginger, and grapefruits. Then, juice the pineapple. Pour over ice. Salud! (Cheers in Spanish for you non-Spanish speakers).
  6. Cherry Mango Anti-Inflammatory Juice

    Ingredients Method
    1 cup frozen sweet cherries
    ½ - ¾ cup water
    1 cup frozen mango
    ¾ cup water
    Place the cherries and mangoes in two separate bowls and let them sit to thaw for about ten minutes
    Blend the cherries first: place the cherries and a ½ cup water in the blender and blend on high until smooth. Add the other ¼ cup water if it seems too thick. Pour into a glass.
    Rinse the blender pitcher and add the mango and the water. Blend on high until smooth. Add more water if needed. Pour into the glass on top of the cherry layer.
    Enjoy!
  7. Cleansing Green Juice

    Ingredients Method
    3 Cucumbers, peeled
    3 organic hearts of romaine lettuce
    2 organic gala apples, cored
    1 organic celery heart
    ½ lemon
    Peel and wash and prepare as specified. Juice and enjoy
  8. Ginger-Aid Immune Juice

    Ingredients Method
    Kale, 1 bunch
    Parsley or cilantro, ½ bunch
    Green apple, cut and seeded
    Ginger, 2 inch piece
    Garlic, 1 clove peeled
    Lemon or lime, peeled
    Cucumber, 1 whole with ends removed
    Mix all ingredients in a juicer.
  9. Ginger, Carrot, Turmeric and Grapfruit Juice

    Ingredients Method
    3 medium carrots
    ½ - inch piece of fresh ginger
    ½ - inch piece of fresh turmeric
    ½ grapefruit, peeled
    Juice ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
  10. Golden Glow Elixir Juice

    Ingredients Method
    Apples
    Oranges
    Lemons
    Ginger
    Turmeric
    Water
    ice
    Juice those ingredients! Consume with delight!
  11. Grand Daddy Purple Juice

    Ingredients Method
    1 bunch purple kale
    ¼ head red cabbage
    1 red beet
    1 – 2 carrots
    Ginger, 1 inch piece
    1 lemon
    Chop all ingredients and process through juicer.
    Enjoy.
  12. Homemade V8 Juice

    Ingredients Method
    4 cups tomato, diced
    ½ cup carrot, diced
    Small sliver of beet (mostly for color)
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    ½ tsp sea salt
    ¼ tsp cracked pepper
    1 cup water, divided
    ¼ cup spinach
    1 tbsp parsley
    Combine the tomatoes, carrots, beet, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Let simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add the spinach and parsley and simmer for another five minutes, keeping the pan covered. Remove from heat and let cool for ten minutes. Pour in blender, add remaining 1/2 cup of water, and purée until smooth — about two minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and serve chilled. (Makes about 10 ounces.)
  13. Hot Pink Beautifying Juice

    Ingredients Method
    2 beets
    3 carrots
    1 lemon
    1 apple
    5 kale leaves
    4 stalks celery
    1 inch ginger
    Throw all ingredients in a juicer and juice!
  14. Immunity-Boosting Juice

    Ingredients Method
    1 medium bunch of celery (or one package of celery hearts)
    1 fuji apple (or other bold, sweet and crispy apple of choice)
    ½ of a lime
    1 cup spinach
    1 cup kale
    1 piece of fresh ginger (about the size of a gum ball)
    Start with fresh, chilled fruits and vegetables. Clean and trim the celery. Cut, core and slice the apple. Rinse the spinach and kale and roughly chop if necessary. Cut the ginger to the appropriate size for the recipe and peel if the skin is thick or wilted. Process all ingredients in a juicer. Use the celery and apple slices to help the leafy greens descend into the juicer if needed. If you have a citrus press, you may choose to juice the lime using that and then stir the lime juice into the juice blend, or you can simply peel the lime and send it through the juicer with the rest of the ingredients. Stir in a few ice cubes with the finished juice blend and enjoy a revitalizing treat.
  15. Migraine Reliever Juice

    Ingredients Method
    ½ pineapple
    3 – 4 kale leaves
    1 stick of celery
    ½ cucumber
    ¼ lemon
    ½ inch ginger root
    Prepare and juice.
  16. Orange Carrot Ginger Juice

    Ingredients Method
    6 carrots
    1 orange
    1 knob ginger
    1 cucumber
    Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer. Gently stir juice and consume immediately.
  17. Pineapple Kale Juice

    Ingredients Method
    ¼ pineapple
    4 kale leaves
    4 swiss chard leaves
    1 lime
    Peel, core and cut into pieces the ripe pineapple. Wash the kale and swiss chard leaves and slip them between the pineapple pieces. Add the peeled lime. Juice them together. Enjoy!!
  18. Red Spark Energy Juice

    Ingredients Method
    2 pink grapefruits, peeled
    3 medium size blood oranges, peeled
    1 navel orange, peeled
    1 pint strawberries
    ½ cup blackberries
    Simply Run all ingredients through a juicer (I recommend Breville) and enjoy! (Makes 32oz)
  19. Spinach Shots

    Ingredients Method
    2 3 large handfuls spinach
    ¼ of a lemon, with peel (if it’s organic)
    1 green apple
    Get juicing with your preferred Juicer!
  20. Strawberry, Watermelon and Cucumber Juice
    Ingredients Method
    8 – 10 strawberries
    1 cup watermelon, cut and cubed
    ¼ peeled cucumber
    Cut your watermelon into large cubes and remove the rind. Peel and cut your cucumber into large pieces. Put all ingredients in your Juicing Machine and let it do it’s magic. Pour contents into a glass and refrigerate for 1 hour (it definitely tastes best when cold!). Enjoy.

  21. Weet Cilantro Juice

    Ingredients Method
    2 oranges
    5 leaves swiss chard
    5 stalks celery
    1 handful cilantro
    1 medium cucumber
    ½ lemon
    1 inch fresh peeled ginger
    Run all ingredients through a quality home juicer and enjoy!
